Pitman, N.J. (5/1/08) Senior outfielder Derek Gianakas (Edison, N.J.) has been tabbed as the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Player of the Year, while teammate Brandon Aich (Sayreville, N.J.) has been selected as the Fireman of the Year as announced by the conference office on Thursday. Head Coach Neil Ioviero has been voted as the Coach of the Year for the second straight season after leading the Cougars to their second consecutive NJAC regular season title.
