A Look Ahead At Salisbury
Salisbury, Md. (11/22/11) – The Kean University football team will make the 211 mile trip to Salisbury University this weekend to take on the Sea Gulls in the second round of action in the NCAA Tournament.
Game time is set for noon as the Cougars look to add to their program best 10 wins this season. Salisbury, who defeated Western New England College, 62-24, in first round action, earned an automatic bid into the tournament after winning the Empire 8 Conference. The Sea Gulls' (10-1) only loss this season was against Wesley College back on October 29th. Kean defeated Wesley to open up the 2011 campaign.
For those fans making the trip to Maryland this weekend, we suggest hotel accommodations at the Hampton Inn and Suites (Fruitland, Md.), located just under 2 miles from campus.
Ticket prices for this weekend are $8 for adults and $4 for students and children.
