Egerer Tabbed Kean Female Athlete of the Month

Field Hockey's Vicki Egerer has been named the Female Athlete of the Month for October. The senior, who became the program's all-time leader in goals and points this season, recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in the month, as the Cougars have improved to 9-6 overall this season.

The team's lone senior, Egerer has provided an offensive presence to the team all season. Against Ramapo College, Egerer notched the 36th career goal, edging her name into the Cougar record books as the new career leader in that category. She has since added to her career totals, and will end her career as the career leader in goals (39) and points (94). With at least one game remaining, she also ranks third in career assists (16).

In the latest NCAA Statistics release, she is 13th in all Division III in assists per game (0.64), and 26th in penalty strokes.
