Four Cougars Tabbed With NJAC Field Hockey

Katie McGee (Cherry Hill, N.J.) earned New Jersey
Athletic Conference Field Hockey First-Team honors as part of four
Cougars on the all-conference team, as selected by the NJAC coaches
and announced by the conference on Friday morning.
Senior Vicki Egerer (Washington, Township, N.J.),
junior Alli Green (West Deptford, N.J.), and
freshman Jenny Barry (Berkeley Heights, N.J.) all
earned honorable mention recognition for Kean.
McKee participated and started in all 16 games for the Cougars this
fall. McGee was third on the team in goals and second in assists.
In the NJAC, McGee led all players with 4 assists in conference
games.
Egerer closed out her career in a high note as she now holds the
record for goals (40) and points (96) here at Kean. This season,
Egerer led the Cougars in assists and was ranked in the top ten in
several conference categories.
Green also played and started every game this year. She tallied 2
goals and four assists in her junior campaign.
Barry played in all but 23 minutes as the Cougar goalkeeper this
season. Barry was first in the NJAC in save percentage (.841),
second in saves (106) and fourth in goals against average (1.25).
