Hoch Selected NJAC Rookie of the Week

Pitman, N.J. (9/10/07) - Freshman Amie Hoch (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J.) earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors as the Cougars improved to 3-0 with a 2-0 week.

Hoch becomes the second consecutive Cougar to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after registering a combined two points in a pair of non-conference victories during the week for Kean.

She opened the week by garnering an assist in Kean's 2-1 home-opening win over FDU-Florham. She wrapped up the week by notching her second assist in three days in a 2-0 road victory at SUNY New-Paltz. Hoch currently is tied for fourth in the NJAC in total assists (2).
