Wright Tabbed NJAC Player of the Week

Lamar Wright (Galloway, N.J.) has been tabbed as
the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) men's basketball Player
of the Week for the week ending December 2nd as
announced by the conference office on Monday.
Wright earns NJAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors
after averaging 27.0 points and 3.0 assists per game in a pair of
non-conference contests for the Cougars. He first tallied a
season-high 29 points on 12-of-17 shooting from the field while
adding four rebounds in Kean's 77-70 loss to Moravian. Two nights
later, he registered 25 points, five assists, and three steals in
the Cougars' 80-72 defeat to King's. Wright, who shot 58 percent
from the field in the two games combined, currently leads the NJAC
in scoring with an average of 25.8 points per game.
