Gill Selected for Annual North South All-Star Game

UNION, N.J. (5/22/07) - Senior attack Steve Gill (Patchogue, N.Y.) was selected to play in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III North South Classic on Friday, May 25, in Baltimore, Md.

The all-star game featuring 48 NCAA Division III seniors will take place at Calvert Hall Stadium at 4 p.m.

Gill becomes the seventh player in program history to play in the All-Star game and the first since Rich Theesfeld was selected in 2001.

This season, Gill was named a Skyline Conference Honorable Mention All-Star after leading the team in goals (48) and points (68) to rank fifth and seventh in the conference , respectively.

For his career, the four-year starter is fourth in career goals (180) and sixth in career points (245) in 64 games.
