Maritime, N.Y. (4/6/13) – The Kean University men's lacrosse team tallied seven goals in the first 15 minutes of action to pace themselves to a 21-6 win over host Maritime College on Saturday afternoon.

The Cougars didn't stop there and scored four more over the next six minutes to take an early 5-0 lead. Senior Brad Mills recorded two goals in the string. The Privateers got on the board with an unassisted goal from Kevin Winter with 6:48 to go in the first quarter, but Kean answered right back and scored 14 seconds later with the first of two goals from senior Sean Bobal.
At the start of the second quarter, Mills tallied his third goal of the contest, starting a run of 10 consecutive goals for the Cougars spanning into the third quarter. Kean headed into the break with an 11-2 advantage. The Cougars took their largest lead of the day at 17-2 as Mills capped off the streak with his five goal of the afternoon.
