Tuesta, Kruczek Earn Postseason Honors

UNION, N.J. (12/4/06)--Juniors Anthony Tuesta (Clifton, N.J.) and Konrad Kruczek (Clifton, N.J.) earned National Soccer Coaches Association of America/adidas All-Region honors, announced on Monday afternoon.

Tuesta, who was recently named the NJAC Offensive Player of the Year, was selected as a First-Team All-Metropolitan Region member. He led the team in points (28) and goals (13), ranking second in the conference in both categories.

A three-time all-NJAC honoree, Kruczek was honored as a Second-Team All-Metropolitan Region member. The three-year starter scored four goals and added an assist for nine points this season. He is one of only three players to start every game this season, and the only Cougar to start every game the last two seasons.
