Denis, Zamora Earn NJAC Honors

Pitman, N.J. (11/4/09) - Senior back Pedro Zamora (New Brunswick, N.J.) and freshman forward Denis Abner (Curitiba, Brazil) have been tabbed New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Honorable Mention All-Stars as announced by the conference office on Wednesday.

Zamora, who just concluded his four year playing career at Kean, combined to play 63 matches with the Cougars.  This is the first honor for Zamora.

Denis finished with four goals good for eight points in his rookie campaign.  Denis closed out the season with the game-winning goal that knocked the Roadrunners out of the NJAC tournament.
