Men's Soccer Lands Three on All-Conference Team

Pitman, N.J. (11/2/11) – The Kean University men's soccer team placed three student-athletes on the New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Star team as announced by the conference office on Wednesday.

Juniors Abner Denis and Sheldon Palmer were tabbed to the second-team while rookie Erickson Simeon was named honorable mention.

Denis earns NJAC honors for the third straight season after recording two goals and an assist in eight games against NJAC competition. 

Palmer earns NJAC honors for the first time after transferring to Kean this fall.  Palmer was second in the conference in assists with four while finishing in the top 10 with eight points in nine matches against conference competition.

Freshman Erickson Simeon was named to the honorable mention team after tallying three goals in nine matches played.  His three goals put him in the top 10 for that category.
