Men's Soccer Posts 2-1 Win Over St. Joseph's - Long Island

Long Island, N.Y. (9/10/17) – The Kean University men's soccer team used two goals in a two minute span to defeat host St. Joseph's College – Long Island, 2-1, on Sunday afternoon.

After falling behind 1-0 early, the Cougars (2-1) struck with two goals near the end of the first half.  Antoine Gbamou knotted the game at one-all as he took a feed from Jorge Castro.  Less than two minutes later Erick Reyes scored the game-winner as he beat the keeper after receiving the ball from Adrian Davila.

Keeper Bryce Horn earned his first decision of the year as he registered seven saves in the win.

Kean opens NJAC play on Saturday when they travel to Stockton University.
