Peter-John Falloon became the 11th head coach in program history with his hire in July of 2017.

He to Kean after spending the previous nine seasons at Bloomfield University (Division II).  In Falloon's tenure, the Bears posted an overall record of 78-75-14 (.509) and reached the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Tournament in seven of his seasons at the helm of the program, capturing the title in 2016.  In addition, he was a part of the program's first trip to the NCAA Tournament in 2010.

A native of Saint Andrew, Jamaica, Falloon was one of the top goalkeepers in his country from his early days on the pitch. He was a member of the Jamaican under-12 National Team and was a standout between the posts at Ardenne High School.  When his career at Ardenne came to a close, Falloon was offered an opportunity to play for the under-23 Jamaican national team, but chose to depart and head to the United States in 2000.

Upon his arrived in the U.S. he played for two years at Union County College before transferring to Kean for his final two seasons.  While at Kean he played in 38 games, collecting 149 saves with a 1.19 goals against average and 10 shutouts.

Immediately after graduating after the fall semester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communication, he began his coaching career.  His first stop was back at Union County College where he was an assistant for two seasons.  He helped guide UCC to the NJCAA National Final in 2007.

The 2010 season at Bloomfield saw the Deacons rise to regional prominence under Falloon, securing the program's first national ranking (reaching as high as number 13 in the NSCAA National Poll) the first number one ranking in the NCAA East Regional Poll, and the first NCAA Tournament berth in its history. Bloomfield earned a regular season CACC championship, and a second consecutive appearance in the CACC Tournament Final.

Falloon resides in Bloomfield, N.J. with his wife Marsha Mason-Falloon and son Dylan-Bryce.
