Agostinho Freitas returns for his 10th overall season at Kean.

Prior to assisting at New Jersey City University, Freitas was an assistant coach for seven years at Kean University and three seasons at Rutgers-Newark. He was also an assistant coach on the club level for Sport Club Portuguese in Newark for three seasons. He has helped teams win two national indoor championships and produced one U-23 state champion.

A four-year collegiate player in the early 1990s, Freitas played three years at Rutgers-Newark after beginning his career at Union County College.

He graduated from Rutgers-Newark in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
