Charlie Ginex returns to the men’s volleyball coaching staff in his second season in 2013.

Ginex has been coaching at the high school level since 2002 and most recently moved up to the collegiate level as an assistant coach with the men's team at Rutgers-Newark for the 2011 season. 

In two seasons at Randolph High School he compiled a 43-16 record and was named the Daily Record Girls Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2010 after his squad reached the NJSIAA state semifinals.  Prior to his time at Randolph, he was the head girls coach at Hackettstown High School for three seasons, reaching the state playoffs in 2006.  For his efforts he was named the Express-Times Girls Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2008.  Ginex was also the assistant boys coach from 2002-06 at East Brunswick High School, appearing the state playoffs five times, with two crowns.

Ginex earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2000 and is currently a health and physical education educator in Westfield.
