Cooper Becomes Second Cougar to Win NJAC Player of the Week

PITMAN, N.J. - (12/10/06) Cooper becomes the second different Cougar to earn NJAC Player of the Week honors after averaging 18.5 points and 19.0 rebounds per game in a pair of conference road wins for Kean.

She first tallied a double-double 18 points and 15 rebounds in the Cougars' 77-71 win over TCNJ. She wrapped up the week by registering a double-double 19 points and 23 rebounds along with three blocks in Kean's 84-51 victory at NJCU.

Cooper, who shot .833 from the foul line in the two games combined, currently leads the NJAC in rebounding with an average of 10.2 boards per game.
