Jackson Tabbed Kean Athlete of the Week

Union, N.J. (1/21/08) - Junior guard Ebony Jackson (Newark, N.J.) has been tabbed as the Kean Athlete of the Week following Kean's two victories over The College of New Jersey and #8 Messiah College.

Jackson tallied 13 points, as well as five assists and three steals in KU's NJAC win over The College of New Jersey.  She then went on to record 16 points as the Cougars defeated then ranked #8 Messiah College on Saturday afternoon in Grantham, Pa. 

Jackson currently leads the NJAC in assists (5.94 per game) while also ranking first in assist/turnover ration (1.86).
