Patrick Named NJAC Rookie of the Week

Pitman, N.J. (1/28/08) - Freshman Tiffany Patrick (Piscataway, N.J.) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Rookie of the Week following a 2-0 week for the Cougars in conference action.

Patrick earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the fourth time this season after averaging 8.5 points and 9.0 rebounds during the week of January 21st.

She first tallied six points and 12 rebounds in Kean's 107-48 NJAC road win at Richard Stockton. She wrapped up the week by posting 11 points and six rebounds in the Cougars' 12th consecutive win, a 76-63 conference road victory at Montclair State. Patrick, who shot .778 from the field in the two wins combined, currently ranks second in the NJAC in field goal percentage (.583).
