Women's Hoops Remain Ranked Among Top 25
UNION, N.J. (12/12/07) - The Kean University
women's basketball remained ranked in the top 25 in a pair of
national polls, despite dropping the team's first game of the
season in the Cougars only game last week.
The Cougars are ranked 12th by D3hoops.com and tied
for 14th in the USA Today/ESPN Division III
Coaches poll, down seven spots in both polls from a week ago.
Kean fell to William Paterson University, 82-79, in a rematch of
last season's New Jersey Athletic Conference championship game.
The Cougars head to the road for the first time this season,
traveling to Hunter College, as Kean faces its fourth CUNY opponent
this season in a non-conference game at 6 p.m.
