Cirino Earns Second-Straight Weekly Honor

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (3/24/08) - For the second straight week, junior attack Stephanie Cirino (Warminster, Pa.) earned Skyline Conference women's lacrosse player of the week after helping lead Kean University to a 2-1 week.

In three games, Cirino tallied nine goals, four groundballs and four draw controls as Kean improved to 5-2 overall.

She opened the week with six goals, two groundballs and two draw controls in Kean's 23-6 win over Hood College.  She added two goals in the 21-4 victory over Lasell College before closing the week with one goal and two draw controls in the 10-9 loss at Manhattanville.

Cirino currently ranks second in the conference in scoring with 4.00 goals per game.
