Women's Soccer Earns Bid to NCAA Tourney

The Kean University women's soccer team earned a Pool C bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship Tournament, as announced by the women's soccer championship committee on Sunday evening.

One of five New Jersey Athletic Conference teams to earn a bid, the Cougars (12-4-2) advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1996.

The Cougars face Amherst College (12-2-1) in first-round action, on Saturday, November 11, at 1:30 p.m., at Wheaton College (Mass.).
