Cougars Fall to Ramapo, 8-1, in NJAC Tennis

HILLSIDE, N.J. (9/19/07) - The Kean University women's tennis team fell to host Ramapo College in New Jersey Athletic Conference action on Wednesday afternoon.  The Roadrunners improved to 4-1, 1-0 in the NJAC, while Kean dropped to 0-3 overall, 0-2 in the conference.

Kean rookie LaShanna Armour (Union, N.J.) was victorious at third singles, defeating Kristine Austria, 6-0, 6-1, for her first career win. 

The Cougars return to action on Friday, September 21, when they travel to FDU-Florham at for a 4 p.m. match.
