LaForge Named NJAC Rookie of the Week

Pitman, N.J. (10/23/07) - Kean University freshman Lisette LaForge (Roselle Park, N.J.) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) women's tennis Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

LaForge earns the final NJAC Rookie of the Week honor after posting victories in both singles and doubles during Kean's 6-3 non-conference road win at Baruch. LaForge posted a 6-2, 6-2 win at second singles and teamed with Danielle Fardin for an 8-1 pro-set victory at first doubles.
