Cougars Fall at Ramapo, 3-1

Mahwah, N.J. (10/2/07) - The Kean University women's volleyball team fell to host Ramapo College, 3-1 (12-30, 30-26, 20-30, 16-30) Tuesday evening.

With the loss the Cougars fall to 5-9 and 1-4 in conference play while the win improves the Roadrunners to 10-4 overall and 1-2 in the NJAC.

Senior Alijca Ciastoch (Teaneck, N.J.) led Kean with eight kills and eight digs while freshman Nicole Bolash (Clinton, N.J.) finished with seven kills, seven service aces and six digs.  Freshman setter Ivana Kapetanovic (East Brunswick, N.J.) recorded 24 assists.

Kean returns to action on Friday, October 5^th when they travel to Madison, N.J. to take part in the Devils Classic at FDU-Florham.
