Volleyball Drops 3-0 Match to Rowan

Glassboro, N.J. (10/28/08) - The Kean University women's volleyball team dropped their final New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) match of the season by a final of 3-0 (10-25, 22-25, 5-25) Tuesday evening at Rowan University.

The loss drops the Cougars final NJAC record to 1-7 with an overall record of 7-16.

Kean was led by freshman Mary Aldana (Jersey City, N.J.) with 19 digs while teammate Jamie Sacco (Park Ridge, N.J.) tallied 13. Middle blocker Stefanie Santiago (Bayonne, N.J.) (pictured right) had five kills and seven digs to go along with two service aces.

Kean concludes the 2008 season on Saturday, November 1^st when they host Delaware Valley College at 1 p.m.
