Stuart Pradia joins the Kean University coaching staff in his first season in 2018-19.
Pradia most recently was an assistant coach at Millersville (2017-18), but has a wide range of experience at the collegiate and professional levels.
Upon completion of his collegiate playing career at Brandeis University, he has compiled more than a decade in the game as a coach and working in the front office. Pradia has collegiate stops in New Jersey (Montclair State University), Virginia (Washington and Lee University), Pennsylvania (Gettysburg College and Millersville) and Maryland (Washington College).
In addition to his collegiate experience, Pradia spent the 2012-13 season as the basketball operations assistant with the Houston Rockets. He assisted players in on-court skill workouts, produced statistical analysis reports and compiled college and international player evaluations for draft preparation. He served as the director of basketball operations and assistant coach for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA G League, and went on to work two years as a game review and global strategy analyst with the NBA.
Pradia earned his bachelor's degree in sociology in 2005, and a master's degree in history from Washington College in 2009.
