UNION, N.J. (2/11/19) - Dylan Flor has been named both the New Jersey Athletic Conference and the Continental Volleyball Conference men's volleyball Player of the Week.
Flor totaled 35.5 points, 27 kills, 10 digs and seven blocks as the Cougars went a perfect 3-0 this past weekend. The Quakertown, Pa. native averaged 5.07 points per set, 3.86 kills per set, 1.43 digs per set, 1.00 blocks per set and 0.57 aces per set with a .418 hitting percentage. Flor finished with 16 kills, six digs and four blocks in the 3-1 victory over #15 Juniata on Feb. 8th. The following day, he posted 11 kills, four aces, four digs and three blocks in the sweep of Misericordia on Feb. 9th.
Flor earns his second overall CVC Player of the week selection and becomes the first men's volleyball player to earn the distinction in both conferences.
As a reminder, Harwood Arena and Kean University will host the 2019 NCAA Men's Volleyball National Championship on Apr. 26-27.
