Ewing, N.J. (4/27/19) – The Kean University women's lacrosse team fell to The College of New Jersey in the regular season finale for both on Saturday afternoon by the final of 14-5.
Danni LeSaint led Kean (7-10, 3-3 NJAC) with two goals on the day. Kathleen Jaeger had a team-high six goals and two assists for #17 TCNJ who improves to 11-5 this spring and a perfect 6-0 in conference play.
Kean and TCNJ traded goals early before the Lions used a six goal spurt spanning the first and second halves to pull away for the win.
Josie Pagano recorded 13 saves in the loss.
NJAC Tournament action begins on Wednesday, May 1st.
